O Lord, we beseech you mercifully to receive the prayers of your people who call upon you, and grant that they may both perceive and know what things they ought to do, and also may have grace and power faithfully to fulfil them; through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen

SAFE CHURCH AWARENESS WORKSHOPS
PRAYERS
 Several people have asked about attending the next Safe Church Awareness Workshop.
This will be held in Bendigo on
Sat 8th September from 9.30 — 4pm.
Some people will need to attend to fulfil diocesan and parish requirements but anyone is welcome to go. The cost is $35, Please email or phone the office if you want to be booked in.

VICTORIAN COUCIL OF CHURCHES
EMERGENCY MINISTRY
The next training day for the Victorian Council of Churches Emergency Ministry will be held on

28th July at Woodend.

This ministry involves being present in relief centres following a major incident such as a bushfire or flood or follow-up support to people who may have been involved or witnessed accidents. If you want to know more and think you might like to be involved please ask Rev Anne.

“Writing Through Fences” is publishing an anthology of women’s art and writing which is the work of women who have been writing and making art from behind, across and through the fences of Australia’s immigration detention network.
