Prayer of the Week

O God, you declare your almighty power chiefly in showing mercy and pity: mercifully grant us such a measure of your grace that, running in the way of your commandments we may obtain your gracious promises and be made partakers of your heavenly treasure; through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

FROM THE RECTOR
THE WEEK AHEAD
Hello everyone - Having travelled over 5000 k’s to South Australia and spending some time on Kangaroo Island enjoying the beauty of the place, I am back in residence! It will be good to catch up with you all. This week the readings call us to faithful service to god and to our neighbours. We are reminded that we need to be stepping stones and not stumbling blocks. So why not take a little time this week to ask yourself – which am I? Remember that steps don’t have to be huge, neither do the stumbling blocks – but our call is to be uplifting and confirming to all around us so they too can know the love of God. Shalom, Anne.
